Had my transmission rebuilt 28K miles ago by those "other folks" across the street. Two major problems since $2,500 rebuild, and of course neither covered under warranty. Reverse stops working....bring back to "other folks" and they want another $2,500 to rebuild completely. Kent and Sue at Cottman, along with Chris, were a pleasure to work with, solved my problem for less than 1/3 what the "other folks" wanted to charge me, and knocked the work out in the same day. Great local folks who run an honest business! Stop here before seeing those "other folks"! The "anti" of this review is written on that 5 lettered companies review page :) Thanks again for fixing my Durango RT!
